Shippment and Returns

My main goal is to provide the best service and that the person who buys any of my paintings, drawings or limited prints is completely satisfied and enjoys my work as much as I enjoyed creating it.

Payment Options
- By credit/debit card.
- Via PayPal. You can pay using your PayPal account. If you do not have an account, you can pay through its website by credit card.
- Via Google Pay or Apple Pay.
- Via Stripe your credit card.
- Via other platforms depending on the buyer’s country, such as: Bancontact, EPS, giropay, iDEAL y Sofort.
Shipping
The time I need to prepare a shipment may vary depending on the size and weight of the artwork. It is not the same to send a small watercolor or drawing than a large format painting, the difference basically lies in the packaging of each work. For more information, please consult the details of each work and/or contact me directly.
As a guideline, for small to medium format graphic artwork, items are shipped within 3 to 5 days after receipt of payment. I usually send them before that deadline.
I send my shipments by Certified Mail.
I send my articles through postal mail, “Correos de España” or parcel companies depending on the article(s). Large items by International Priority Mail service or International Parcel Carriers, with tracking number and signature upon delivery. Any details regarding shipping will be clarified directly between the artist and the buyer.
In order to save costs, small items are sent by registered mail “Correos de España”.
Works will be shipped with a Certificate of Authenticity when requested by the buyer.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and import duties and taxes.
I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Customs duties, taxes, for each country, must be borne by the buyer.
Returns
Direct contact is strongly requested to discuss each case conveniently.
The buyer has a period of 15 days from the moment of receipt of the work upon request to cancel the order at admin@jaimemarribas.com.
The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
The buyer must ship the item to the address I will provide and the refund will include the purchase amount plus shipping and handling.
Once received and checked its condition I will reimburse the amount excluding the transport costs of the first shipment. The seller reserves the right not to accept a return in the event that the item is not in the same condition in which it was delivered to the buyer. It must be returned in the original packaging.
Due to the nature of certain items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns on custom orders or on-demand orders, such as custom originals.
Damaged items in transit
- If the package has external damage, please take photos before opening the package and contact me within 24 hours of receipt, enclosing photos.
- If you find that the package is not damaged, but when you open it, the item is damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of receipt. Photos are necessary to assess the damage and make a full refund or exchange. (The packaging I use is very strong and compact so that the shipment reaches your hands safely).
Missing Package
If after a reasonable time, depending on the shipping destination, you have not received your package, please contact me to check with the shipping company to find out where your package is. Once it is established that it has been lost, I can replace the item with the same or similar, or refund, depending on your preference. Each case will be discussed individually.
